Role descriptionJob Summary:
We are looking for a passionate and experienced GenAI Product Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of generative AI-powered data engineering solutions. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams-including engineering, AI, business, and client stakeholders-to identify, design, and implement intelligent solutions that drive innovation in data quality, pipeline optimization, and automation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive ideation, development, and implementation of GenAI use cases within the data engineering domain.
- Identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities to improve data processes using AI technologies.
- Lead discovery workshops and collaborate with clients, business teams, and account stakeholders to refine use case requirements.
- Define product strategy, success metrics, and a roadmap for GenAI agents and automation tools.
- Work closely with engineering and AI teams to build scalable, compliant, and ethical AI solutions.
- Manage the agile product lifecycle from MVP to production deployment.
- Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams, clients, and business owners.
- Continuously gather feedback, track performance, and iterate on released products to drive improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Python and SQL for developing and validating GenAI use cases.
- Strong knowledge of AI/ML technologies and cloud-based data platforms.
- Experience with design/prototyping tools such as Figma and Miro.
- Expertise in data visualization tools like Power BI.
- Strong background in product discovery and research methodologies.
- Familiarity with various product management frameworks and agile development practices.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional team leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience leading GenAI or AI/ML projects in a data engineering context.
- Understanding of responsible AI practices, compliance, and scalability concerns in enterprise environments.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for stakeholders.
