Key Responsibilities:

• Actively developclient relationships and be integral to delivering service levels that meet orexceed their expectations
• Diligent handling and coordination of freight forwarding activities
• Maintain positive,compliant contact with vendors/suppliers, carriers and sub-contractors
• Oversee and coordinate freight forwarding operations across sea, air, and road transport modes
• Actively identify challenges and propose practical, timely solutions to maintain operational efficiency
• Contribute to KPI achievement (personal & departmental)
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and superiors
• Comply with and contribute to the improvement of customer SOPs
• Uphold deugro's culture of continuous improvement in quality, compliance, health & safety, technical superiority and security
• Ensure company policies and procedures are adhered to
• Issue / process sales / vendor invoices respectively
• Prompt and proactive update of POs on tracking tools / system
• Ensure strict adherence to data quality measures put forth by the management
• Accurate and swift documentation generation and review
• Follow any lawful directions given by theManagement

Skills,knowledge, and expertise:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, SCM or similar
• In-depth understanding of daily operations in sea, air, and road freight forwarding
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar logistics or freight forwarding role
• Field operations experience with a hands-on approach
• Proven experience in project coordination and execution
• Strong commitment to maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
• Proficiency in relevant freight forwarding software (e.g., Axis, Cargosoft)
• Solid knowledge of MS Office tools, especially Excel
• Excellent multitasking and time management abilities
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Initiative-driven and proactive mindset
• Flexible, committed, and goal-oriented
• Strong organizational skills: ability to prioritize, plan, assign, and control tasks effectively
• Team player with a collaborative spirit
• Comfortable working in a multicultural environment
