In this role, you'll act as the first point of contact for internal stakeholders and support privacy reviews across innovative mobility products and services. You'll collaborate with multinational teams (Japan, Germany, Singapore, and more) and play a critical role in ensuring Privacy by Design across all offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate privacy review meetings with product, engineering, and business teams

• Collect and structure data handling information for privacy assessments

• Document data flows and prepare clear, concise summaries

• Support privacy specialists in risk identification and evaluation

• Drive communication and stakeholder alignment through to project closure

✅ Requirements:

• 3+ years of professional experience (BA, risk, compliance, or similar)

• Strong interest in privacy and data protection

• Experience creating or reviewing technical documentation

• Familiarity with cloud environments (GCP preferred)

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills

• English: Fluent (business/interpreter level)

• Japanese: Business level preferred

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of APPI, GDPR, CCPA

• Privacy certifications (CIPP, CIPM, CIPT)

• Experience with OneTrust or similar GRC tools
