Business Analyst, Raleigh, NC

Gather, analyze, translate & document business and functional requirements using Agile and SDLC methodologies. Administer Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog grooming & sprint reviews. Conduct business process / gap analysis, workflow modeling and process improvement initiatives. Define API requirements, data mappings, integration contracts, and system interfaces for cloud and enterprise applications. Collaborate on Compliance, Risk, Security, and Regulatory teams to ensure adherence to financial services, healthcare, AML, HIPAA, and data privacy requirements. Create business requirement documents (BRDs), functional requirement documents (FRDs), user stories, process flows, wireframes, use cases, and release documentation. Support project coordination. Analyze business processes and workflows to identify areas for operational improvement and system enhancement. Develop reports, dashboards, KPIs, and data visualizations using Tableau, Salesforce, Excel, SQL, and Jira. Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT), test cases and issue tracking and resolution. Work with cross-functional teams to support system implementation and business process improvement. Collaborate with business stakeholders and SMEs. Must have legal authorization to work in the United States. Frequent travel to client sites required. Candidates should have a Master's degree in Business Administration or related field.
