We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Operations Analyst to support operational excellence, drive process improvements, and provide insights that enhance business performance.
Functional Responsibilities
- Analyze business operations, workflows, and performance metrics to identify opportunities for efficiency and growth.
- Develop, maintain, and present operational reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to management.
- Monitor business processes and recommend improvements to enhance productivity, service delivery, and client experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and support the implementation of operational initiatives.
- Support the development and optimization of client onboarding, lead management, and service delivery processes.
- Support HR, onboarding of staff, maintain and manage staff records.
- Conduct data analysis and provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Assist in the implementation and continuous improvement of CRM systems and other business tools.
- Track project milestones, deliverables, and performance outcomes to ensure successful execution of business initiatives.
- Identify operational risks and compliance concerns and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Prepare business cases, process documentation, and operational reports for leadership review.
- Support change management initiatives, including user training, communication, and adoption activities.
- Participate in special projects and strategic initiatives aimed at driving business growth and operational excellence.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in business operations, business analysis, project coordination, financial services, or a related role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and present data effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Canva and business reporting tools.
- Experience working with CRM systems and business process improvement initiatives.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of wealth management, financial services, or consulting services is an advantage.
