Your new role
As a Business Services Manager, you will work closely with Partners and Senior Managers to lead a portfolio of clients while delivering high-quality accounting, tax, and advisory services. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and relationship management
• Preparing and reviewing financial statements and tax returns for companies, trusts, and partnerships
• Providing tailored business and tax advice, identifying risks and growth opportunities for clients
• Researching complex tax issues and liaising with specialist teams where required
• Ensuring compliance with relevant tax, GST, ASIC, and regulatory requirements
• Leading, mentoring, and developing junior team members, including workflow management and performance feedback
• Building and strengthening client relationships, identifying additional service opportunities
• Driving process improvements and contributing to operational efficiencies across the team

What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role, you will bring:

• CA or CPA qualification in Australia
• Minimum 5+ years' experience in public practice accounting, with leadership exposure
• Strong technical knowledge of income tax, GST, and accounting standards
• Experience managing client portfolios and delivering advisory-focused services
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop team members
• High attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
