Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from a two-year college or technical school or an equivalent combination of education and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.  
• 2 – 3 years’ experience in a similar position and/or performing similar tasks, i.e., donor database, CRM, or related administrative experience.
• Possession of a valid Montana driver’s license (or ability to obtain upon hire) and acceptable driving record

Preferred, but not required

• Experience working with DonorPerfect.
• Experience in a nonprofit environment.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Individuals with lived experience of food insecurity are encouraged to apply.
