Description
- Business-facing role supporting a critical Collateral Management platform within a global financial institution.
- Opportunity to drive a major application modernization project using React, Spring Boot, MySQL, and Kubernetes.
- Work with stakeholders across Japan, India, London, and the US in a highly visible Agile environment.
Seeking a Techno-Functional PM/BA with strong Collateral Management experience to support a strategic modernization initiative.
Responsibilities include requirements gathering, BRD/FSD creation, backlog grooming, sprint planning, stakeholder management, UAT support, production issue analysis, and Agile delivery coordination.
Requirements:
• Collateral Management / Investment Banking experience
• Techno-functional BA skills with ability to understand architecture, data flows, and code
• Strong stakeholder and priority management skills
• Agile, Jira, and Confluence experience
• Business-level English
Preferred:
• Knowledge of Repo, Securities Lending, Derivatives, or Margin Management
• Java, SQL, or Oracle PL/SQL exposure
• Japanese language skills
