The Role
Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will join a high-calibre finance team as a Senior Finance Business Partner, partnering closely with Commercial, Marketing and executive leadership to deliver strategic financial insights and drive commercial performance. This highly visible role will see you influence key business decisions through robust financial analysis, modelling and business partnering.

Key responsibilities include:

• Partner with Commercial and Marketing teams to provide strategic financial guidance, insights and recommendations.
• Develop robust financial models, business cases and scenario analysis to support pricing, product launches and investment decisions.
• Deliver data-driven reporting and analysis across sales, gross margin, marketing spend, customer and channel profitability.
• Evaluate the financial performance and ROI of marketing campaigns, promotional initiatives and go-to-market strategies.
• Partner with Procurement and Supply Chain to identify opportunities for margin optimisation and operational efficiency.
• Work closely with executive leadership to influence strategy and improve commercial performance across ANZ and broader international markets.

Your Profile
You are a commercially minded finance professional with a proven ability to partner with senior stakeholders and translate complex financial information into actionable business insights. You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, challenging assumptions and influencing strategic outcomes.

• CA/CPA qualified with 5+ years' experience in a commercial finance, FP&A or Finance Business Partnering role.
• Demonstrated experience delivering financial modelling, commercial analysis and strategic decision support.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience influencing senior stakeholders across cross-functional teams.
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills, with experience using BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Experience within retail, consumer products, hospitality or another product-based environment will be highly regarded.
